We may cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, sea conditions, operational issues or other causes beyond our control. In such cases, we will aim to offer you an alternative date/time or a refund.
3. Tours, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Our tours take place in marine and outdoor environments (snorkeling, boat rides, day trips etc). These activities involve inherent risks, including marine life, changing weather, sea-conditions and physical exertion.

By booking with us you represent that you are physically fit and capable of participating. You agree to follow the instructions of our guides/staff, use provided equipment properly and adhere to safety briefings.

You assume full responsibility for any injury, damage or loss you may suffer while participating in our tours, except where caused by our negligence.

You are responsible for your own personal belongings, valuables, and travel/health insurance.
